	PR Video Studio A purple building where Trainer PR Videos can be created, located directly across from the South Boulevard Pokémon Center. Famous Trainers may be paid to appear in quick recorded adverts or promotional videos here.	0	0
	Sycamore Pokémon Lab Professor Sycamore's Pokémon research lab is located directly opposite Vernal Avenue. It is the only Pokémon Laboratory in a City and in the Capital. Professor Sycamore's special area of research is Mega-Evolution. He works here with his two assistants Dexio and Sina.	0	0
